About Our Music Ministry

Choir

If you love to sing, then the Choir is the place for you.

The choir currently has about two dozen members who perform anthems and lead the singing at the Sunday morning service. The Choir practices every Thursday at 3 pm, except during the summer. The Choir welcomes everyone who wants to sing.

Band

If playing music is your thing, then the CBUC Band might just be right for you. The Band plays during special occasions. There are presently 10 members who play everything from the standup bass to the clarinet. Have a musical instrument but haven’t played in years? Don’t worry, the CBUC Band welcomes everyone. Rehearsals are TBA.

Chime Choir

The Chime Choir is yet another opportunity to get involved in the CBUC music ministry. Under the direction of Margaret Chambers, the Chime Choir performs regularly on our wonderful collection of chimes. The choir currently has nine members but always welcomes anyone who wants to try their hand at chiming. They practice every Thursday at 6:30 pm.
